Fashion Designing 101
A little research (not like I know much about fashion designing) on what’s most important in the fashion design industry today (similar to other eras before) shows that attention to detail differentiates between a mass-produced outfit and a bespoke product.

In the 39th chapter of the book of exodus, Moses describes God’s command for the people as they designed and artfully put together the priestly garment. I must say that I still don’t know the history of each item pulled together for the Ephod or the detail around the breast piece. It is undoubtedly a work of art.
What I found most instructive can be found in verse 42. “According to all that the Lord had commanded Moses, so the children of Israel did all the work.” So if the command for the detailed outfit came from God, the fashion designer extraordinaire Himself, then the children of Isreal must be the tailor extraordinaire. The tailor of such a designed outfit is expected to follow instructions to the detail.
Applying this same principle to our everyday lives could be helpful. Just as a designer expects his/her tailor to be detailed in stitching the designs together, God expects us to be detailed in executing His plans for our lives. Now, we may choose otherwise, for He gives free will. But a masterpiece is made with attention to detail, not the liberty of a mass-produced product. You are fearfully and wonderfully made; now, live with such understanding, walking the prescribed path for your greatness. Where can you find the prescription for your life? Try The Bible, the undiluted word of God. Study guides are excellent, but I challenge you to read God’s word for yourself.
Best wishes,
